Code of Conduct

Effective date: 7 September 2026.

The Rupee Fund is a FOSS United community initiative run by community members. We adopt the conduct and anti-harassment standards of the FOSS United Code of Conduct, as reviewed on 7 September 2026, with the local rules below. Later changes to that source do not change this policy automatically. Where the source differs from the local rules, the local rules apply to Rupee Fund spaces.

Scope and conduct

These standards apply to contributors, applicants, volunteers, and organisers in Rupee Fund spaces and fund-related communications. Treat people with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, and disclosure of another person's private information are not permitted.

Responsibility

The community team is responsible for conduct in Rupee Fund spaces. The Foundation contacts and event enforcement roles in the source policy are not assigned Rupee Fund responsibilities by this adoption. Foundation spaces remain subject to their own reporting procedures.
